We ask for a registration of whole teams at once. While parking, please respect instructions of organizers. For parking use only area given by organiser.

Accommodation:
Camp Peklo near Barnžež in your own tents . By arrival access into the campsite will be allowed without identification wrist band. The parking fee should be paid at the campsite reception desk. Identification wrist bands you will receive at event registration - in event centre, accessible by walk (green stripes marking) On 20.8.2010 after 5pm access into the campsite will not be allowed without identification wrist band. By registration you will receive identification label for tent, which is free of charge. Please place the label visibly on tent - allowes checking by campsite authorities.

Parking:
Parking for competitors not accomodated in camsite is on meadow near Srbsko. Parking fee 50CZK/weekend.

Common information for all stages:
It is strictly forbidden to use grip or spike shoes incl. the ankle ones!

Route to start is marked by blue-white stripes. For E1 and E3 there are 2 different starting arreas, part of the route to start is common. At the split of the routes will be listed classes to each start. For E1 there are in addition for 1 of the starting areas two different map starts (S1 and S2), while entrance is common for both S1 and S2 map starts.

Maps are not waterproof. Plastic bags are available on the start.

Competitors of HDR, P2 and P4 classes start as chosen by them with punching the starting unit. Class HDR untill start time 80, Classes P2 and P4 untill strt time 120. The line for HDR, H10L and D10L classes is marked with the orange stripes.

The route from the last control point to the finish line is by double-sided lane.

Punching:
SportIdent, in case of malfunction use the R fileds on the map. If R fields are used, please, hand over your map immediately in the finish area. Please, check your SI card number in the start list and if it is wrong, ask for the correction at the registration desk. žádejte opravu na prezentaci. In case of loss of hired SI card 1000 CZK will be charged.

The finish time is given by punching the finish unit. Reading of the SI cards just behind the finish area. There are 2 different lanes for reading of SI unit for PP and EM competitors.

First aid: There is a doctor available in the finish area. Each competitor races at own risk.

Terrain:
Rocky, rugged, difficult both to run and navigate, Ground very difficult. We recommend to cover whole legs Please be carreful, some areas are highly dangerous.

Expected winning times according to the Racing Rules of ČSOS, E3 shortened by longer courses up to 25%.
Start lists and results will be available in the event centre.

Stage 1
MIddle distance, start 00 = 15.00, interval start,
map Sněhurka 1:10000, E 5m, status summer 2010, time limit 100 minutes. Maps are to be handed over in the finish area!

Distances:
Event centre - start S1 (EMM, EMW, D21A, D21E, D35, H18, H20, H21E, H35) a S2 (D18, D20, D21B, D40, H16, H21A, H21B, H21C, H40, H45) - 2300m, climbing 40m, S3 - 1200m (DH10L, DH10, DH12, DH14, D16, D21C, D45, DH50, DH55, DH60, DH65, H70, HDR, P2, P4)
finish - event centre 0 m.
Refreshment in finish area. WC - Toi-Toi in event centre and near to start S1 a S2, 400m ahead of start. The competition is held in the Protected Natural Area Bohemian Paradise (CHKO Český ráj). Maintain cleanliness.

It is strictly forbidden to enter newly planted areas, marked with violet crosshatch in the maps. Will be checked by organisers. Not keeping of this rule leads to disqualification.

Stage 2
Shortened distance, start 00 = 14.00, interval start,
map Branžež 1:10000, E 5m, status summer 2010, time limit 120 minutes. Maps are to be handed over in the finish area!

Distances:
Event centre - start - 200m
finish - event centre 0m. Refreshment in finish area. WC - Toi-Toi in event centre. The competition is held in the Protected Natural Area Bohemian Paradise (CHKO Český ráj). Maintain cleanliness.

Stage 3
Long distance, start 00 = 9:30, interval start,
map Kost 1:10000, E 5m, status summer 2010,time limit 150 minutes. Maps are to be handed over in the finish area!

Distances:
Event centre - start 1200m, climbing 20m
finish - event centre 0m.
There are refreshment points in the forest equipped with water.They are drawn in the map.
Refreshment in finish area. WC - Toi-Toi in event centre. The competition is held in the Protected Natural Area Bohemian Paradise (CHKO Český ráj). Maintain cleanliness.

Baby sit: in the event centre

Accompanying programme:
Hall in the pub - Nová ves 1500m, marked with yellow stripes. You can expect it as usual for PP, start at 20:00.
Euromeeting 2010. Program: Friday: Middle distance, Start 15:00, Saturday: Relay, Start 10:00, Sunday: Long distance, Start 9:30.

Price giving ceremony:
Sunday 22.August 2010 in event centre - as soon as possible and the particular class is decided The awards will be given in the overall standings to the first three in all classes.

Expected jury line-up:
Martin Janata DKP, Ondřej Sysel PGP, Zdenka Králová SSU.

Notice:

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO USE GRIP AND SPIKE SHOES!!! WILL BE CHECKED!

The routes to start are crossing secondary roudes. Be considerate a carrefull.

The competition is held in the area which is in the particular interest of the Protected Natural Area Bohemian Paradise Administration. Please, keep all the instructions of organizers! You are not allowed to arrange any individual trainings without prior consultation with TJ Turnov club or directly with PNABPA, even when you have the maps from this competition!
