The organizer reserves the right to merge the classes in case of small number of entries in the particular one.
A children corner including babysitting and easy race will be available.

Course lengths:

Expected winning times according to the Racing Rules of ČSOS.

The long distance of elite classes will be shortened at most by 20% of the winning time.

Terrain:

Rocky, hilly and dissected, technically and physically challenging.

Regulation:

The valid Rules and the Racing Rules of ČSOS are to be implemented.


Punching system:

SportIdent for all classes (except P and T) in all stages.

Entries:

The date when it is able to register for the competition will be announced in the week from the 12th to the 18th of June 2017, via the internet (on Facebook and the official web site) and via a message sent to mobile phones (only for the registered recipients).

To enter for a race please use ORIS entry system. Email: prihlasky@tur.cz can be used only for changes after August 13th 2017. Personal data of entry (SI number, class, accommodation) can be edited directly in ORIS in term of entries until August 13th 2017.

 

Runners not registered in Czech orienteering federation enter also via ORIS entry system, where you can register, set up your own club and register your runners for the race. See our video manual in section entry at Nice holidays website.

 

We kindly recommend to prepare your entries in ORIS entry system in advance. The entries are usually sold out very fast!

 

The limit for entries is 1300 competitors and as the limit is reached entries will be stopped!

Entry after deadline and on spot will be possible in case of not reaching the limit and according to organizer.

All transfer expenses should be supported by the one ordering the transfer (OUR). Any transfer expenses charged by the bank to the organization will be added to the club open fee.

To distinguish your payment please use the code of your club from ORIS entry system (you can find it below your club entry in the list of entries by clubs in ORIS). If you pay for some of the runners only, specify the names. Bring your payment receipt to check-in desk in case of checking.

We kindly ask for a registration of whole clubs at once.

Accommodation:

There is a meadow to camp at competitor's disposal in the Event Centre. Organiser won't be offering any other accommodation, there are several hotels, apartments etc. as well nearby. For more information visit: http://hruba-skala.cesky-raj-ubytovani.net/en/

Prices written below are valid for the whole weekend, from Friday August 25th 2017 to Sunday August 27th 2017 for competitors accommodated in official PP camp.

 

Price per person for Nice holidays (PP) 2017 weekend:

Child from 6 to 14 years:          100 CZK

Others:                                     150 CZK

 

Booking of camp is possible to make in ORIS entry system (as Additional service) until July 31st 2017.

Payments for accommodation please send together with payments for entry fee.

 

Arrival and accommodation is possible from Friday August 25th 2017 10:00 am.

 

Toilets, washing, "shops" and possibility of eating available.

 

Parking:
Parking fee of 50,- CZK to be paid on spot. Parking is situated up to 200 metres from Event centre.

Competitors accommodated in tent will have the opportunity to park near the camping site.

We kindly ask competitors coming with caravan / camper van or BUS to book suitable parking place in advance via ORIS entry system (additional service – free of charge).

 

Eating possibilities:

There will be possibility of fine food for competitors in event centre. Our restaurant will offer menu for Fridays dinner, Saturdays lunch and dinner and Sundays lunch. Offer will include also vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals, soups, salads, homemade lemonades, draft beer, cakes, breakfast.

Awarding ceremony of 3 best in all classes in the overall standings will be held on Sunday around 2.30pm. The overall standings are given by the sum of times of all 3 stages.

Attention:
The competition is held in the Protected Natural Area Bohemian (Czech) Paradise (CHKO Český ráj).

 

It is strictly forbidden to use any kind of grip or spike shoes! It will be strictly checked!

Accompanying program

Píchač Pěkných Prázdnin (“The best Puncher race”)

Traditional punching race of "The best Puncher" of PP – Saturday August 26th 2017 – Event center. Qualification 16.00 – 18.00 in the event centre, only 16 best punchers proceed to the finals.

Final round around 18:00 in the event centre.

Entries to qualification are to be made directly on the spot. No starting fee for PP participants.

 

PP Party

Traditional Nice Holidays orienteering party – Saturday August 26th 2017 at 8pm

You can expect it as usual for PP – movie shot and photos from first day, The best Puncher competition - prize giving ceremony, PARTY (music etc.). No entrance fee for PP participants.
